ExamAlerts is run by a small team. We read everything sent to us, and we reply to anything that needs a reply.
Before publishing: replace every
[...]placeholder below with your real details. A contact page that lists an address nobody answers is worse than no contact page, and several of these fields also feed your Google Business andOrganizationstructured data.

Reporting a mistake
We publish notification details gathered from official sources, and occasionally we get something wrong. If a date, vacancy count, fee or link on this site does not match the official notification, tell us and we will correct it.
It helps enormously if you include:
- the page address on this site,
- what is wrong,
- and a link to the official page showing the correct information.
Corrections are treated as urgent. A wrong last date can cost somebody an application.
What we cannot help with
We are not a recruiting body. We do not conduct exams, issue results, or process applications, and we have no access to anyone's application, roll number, admit card or result. We cannot change your details, retrieve your password for an exam portal, or intervene in a recruitment process.
For anything of that kind, contact the conducting body directly — the official website is linked on every notification page we publish.
Response times
We aim to answer within [2–3 working days]. Corrections are usually handled the same day. If you have not heard back within a week, it is worth writing again — occasionally mail goes astray.
